Seeking a direction to the respondent to register F.I.R., on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 30.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that a case has been registered in Crime No.547/2015 on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.03.2015. The said statement is recorded. 4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition.
