in W.P.No.690 of 2023 M.SUNDAR, J., This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'].

2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original of an 'order dated 24.03.2022 bearing reference No.ZA330322104597U made by the second respondent' [hereinafter 'order of the original authority' for the sake of convenience and clarity]

3. Ms.S.Harinyi, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to the support affidavit submitted that the original order has not been served on the petitioner. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to paragraph No.2 of the support affidavit, which reads as follows: Page Nos.1/3

'2. I state that the Original Impugned Order No.ZA330322104597U dated 24.03.2022 was not sent to the petitioner which is also one of the grounds for challenging the said order. The impugned order dated 24.03.2022 issued by the 2nd respondent was obtained by the petitioner concern from the GST portal and the impugned order has been digitally verified and sign by the concerned authority and shall be considered as the original order. Since original order impugned order dated 24.03.2022 can be considered as true copy of the original order.'

5. The above reason qua dispense with prayer in captioned WMP is acceptable.

6. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. 11.01.2023 (1/2) mk Page Nos.2/3
