Alleging that the order of this Court dated 02.07.2013 made in W.P.No.33142 of 2012 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

2. When this matter was taken up today, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in view of the subsequent developments made, the contempt petition may be closed. The said statement made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner is recorded.

3. In view of the above, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
