ORDER
The petitioners, who apprehend arrest in the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 324 and 506(2) of IPC) in connection with Cr.No.336 of 2025, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel, the petitioners abused and attacked the defacto complainant with deadly weapon. Due to which, the defacto complainant sustained injuries. Hence, the case has been registered against the petitioners.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He also submits that the petitioners are ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court and ready to furnish sufficient solvent sureties for their release. He further submitted that injured has been discharged from the hospital. Hence, he prays for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] reiterated the prosecution case, and submitted that the petitioners are ranked as A2 & A3. He submitted that the co-accused/A1 has granted anticipatory bail by this Court dated 30.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.36034 of 2025. He further submitted that there is no previous cases pending against the Petitioners. However, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners.
5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the nature of offence, co-accused/A1 has already granted anticipatory bail by this Court and fact that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and also the fact that there is no previous case pending against the petitioners, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners subject to the following conditions:

Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur, on condition that the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that: [a] the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
[b] the petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any
police officer;
[c] the petitioners shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court;
[d] the petitioners shall not abscond either during investigation or trial.
[e] On breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the learned Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioners in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioners released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005)AIR SCW 5560].
[f] If the accused thereafter abscond, a fresh FIR can be registered under Section 269 B.N.S.2023.
