ORDER
The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2) and 318 of BNS(406 and 420 of IPC) in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the current paper enquiry in C.No.78 of 2025 is pending against the petitioners and an FIR has not been registered.
3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioners' appearance are required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioners.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
