This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 09.08.2014 in C.S.R.No.402/W32/14 on the file of respondent.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. No representation for the petitioner.

4. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has given a complaint against her husband and on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 26.08.2014.
