ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner vide Na.Ka.No.18340/2013/A2 dated 27.05.2014 within a period of three weeks or any other time limit as this Court may deem fit and proper after getting remarks from appropriate investigating authority as contemplated in G.O (D) No.154 Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E2) Department, dated 09.04.2013.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that in the disciplinary proceedings, a final order has already been passed.
