ORDER

This application has been filed to implead the applicants 1 to 3 as proposed defendants 5 to 7 in the suit.

2. It is submitted that one of the legal heirs of the testatrix was omitted to be impleaded as a party in O.P. No. 471 of 1988 and he died subsequently. The applicants, being his legal representatives, are sought to be impleaded as defendants 5 to 7.

3. Since the legal representatives of the deceased testatrix are just and necessary parties to the testamentary suit filed by the plaintiff, this application is allowed in the interest of justice.

4. The plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendment.

5. Post the matter after two weeks.
