Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to deposit the amount and furnish sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chidambaram as directed by this Hon'ble Court by order dated 09.10.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.15875 of 2020, since the order was unable to obtain from this Hon'ble Court, the petitioner was unable to comply the conditions, and to pass any further appropriate order. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15875 of 2020 dated 09.10.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions. 2.Heard both sides.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is prepared to pay a reasonable amount
as donation to any charitable institution to be identified by this court.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks' time is granted from the date on which the order copy made ready to comply with the earlier order of this court on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) as donation either in cash or demand draft or NEFT in favour of 'St. Joseph's Social Service Centre, No.4/92-62, Magazine Road, St.Thomas Mount, Chennai-60016, Indian Overseas Bank, A/C.No. 158101000003277, IFSC Code. No. IOBA0001581. In the event of non compliance of this order, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
