Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India, against the Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased, (i)CRP(PD).NO.1211/2017 To direct the District Munsif Court at Perambalur to dispose off the Suit in O.S.No. 63 of 2004 at an early date. (ii)CRP(PD).NO.1212/2017 To direct the District Munsif Court at Perambalur to dispose off the Suit in O.S.No. 139 of 2009 at an early date. Order : These Petitions coming for Extension of time on the Wednesday, the Sixteenth day of March Two Thousand Twenty Two and perusing the earlier order dated 03.04.2017 and letter dater 18.02.2022 vide D.No.983/2022 from the Principal District Judge, Perambalur in the presence of M/S.P.VALLIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions, this court made the the following order :- The Report of the Principal District Court, Perambalur, dated 18.02.2022 forwarded through the learned Principal District Judge, Perambalur had been placed by the Registrar General, High Court, Madras.

2.By the said Report, the Principal District Munsif, Perambalur had sought six for the months time to dispose O.S.No.63 of 2004 and O.S.No.139 of 2009.

3.Taking into consideration the reasons advanced, the time to dispose O.S.No.63 of 2004 and O.S.No.139 of 2009 is extended till 31.12.2022.
