The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent herein to implement the order passed in C.M.P.No.536 of 2015 dated 10.04.2015, passed by the learned District Munsifcum- Judicial Magistrate, Vanur. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has now filed a statement given by the petitioner that he has received the vehicle itself and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.
