The learned counsel for the applicant is present. There is no representation on behalf of the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant has filed a copy of letter dated 20.04.2023 of the respondents, wherein, the respondents have acknowledged that the vehicle loan has been repaid by the applicant herein. The copy of the letter is taken on record.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant has also filed a copy of the loan cum hypothecation agreement dated 29.09.2015 along with the schedule to the aforesaid agreement, wherein, the loan Account Number SMADU011000950 has been given.

4. In view of the above, the order of attachment passed on 06.09.2019 is raised.

5. Registry is directed to send suitable information to the Jurisdictional Regional Transport Officer (RTO).

6. This Arbitration Application stands allowed with the above observations.
