Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the first respondent in his proceedings No. AB2/34256/2012 dated 09.11.2012, quash the same and direct the respondents herein to revise and refix the Petitioner's seniority in the post of Forest Guard in accordance with the first proviso to Rule 35(aa) of the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Service Rules and to consequently promote the petitioner as Forester with retrospective effect from the date of promotion of his immediate junior in accordance with 1/4

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has filed W.P.No. 110 of 2013 earlier for the same relief and the same was dismissed by this Court on 04.01.2013.
