ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2021 sent for cancelling the fraudulent registration done in respect of the petitioner's land in SF.No.195/2 situated at Radhapuram Village, Vikravandi Taluk, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Villupuram District by the respondents 2 & 3 herein in accordance with law within a stipulated period.

2. Heard, Mr.S.Sriram, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

3. The petitioner lodged complaint dated 30.11.2021 before the first respondent with regards to fraudulent transaction in respect of the property comprised in SF.No.195/2 situated at Radhapuram Village, Vikravandi Taluk, Villupuram District and it is pending.

4. Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and respondents 2 & 3 herein and conduct enquiry after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
