PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records pertaining to the case in STC.No.12 of 2014 on the file of the Fast Track (Judicial Magistrate Level) of Dharmapuri, quash the same.

ORDER

The petitioners who are the accused in S.T.C.No.12 of 2014 on the file of the Fast Track Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Dharmapuri has filed this quash the same.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the case in S.T.C.No.12 of 2014 has been disposed by the trial Court. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the case in S.T.C.No.12 of 2014 has been ended in conviction by judgment dated 21.06.2016 by the trial Court. Against which the petitioners preferred an appeal in C.A.No.13 of 2016 before the lower appellate Court, which also came to be dismissed by confirming the Judgment of the trial Court. As against the Judgment of the lower appellate Court, the petitioners preferred a revision in Crl.R.C.No.259 of 2018 and the same is pending before this Court.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this case and hence, this Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
