CRIME NO.995/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 4 imposed by this Hon'ble Court vide an order in Crl.M.P.No.7236 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15416 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020 in Crime No.995 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MARUDHACHALAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition in para 4 imposed by this Court vide an order in Crl.M.P.No.7236 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15416 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020 in Crime No.995 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7236 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15416 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7236 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15416 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
