Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2021 seeking grant of patta in respect of thatched hut comprised in S.No.34/1A, Devadur Village, Madurantagam Taluk, Chengalpet District. For Petitioner : Mr.A.P.Sathyamurthy For Respondents : Mr.P.Balathandayutham Special Government Pleader

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2021 seeking grant of patta in respect of thatched hut comprised in S.No.34/1A, situated at Devadur Village, Madurantagam Taluk, Chengalpet District.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.10.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
