ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 02.04.2013, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents represents that counter case and case in C.S.R.Nos.102 and 103 of 2013 respectively were enquired and closed by the second respondent police.

4.It appears that the complainant in C.S.R.No.102 of 2013 appears to have sustained injuries and the same was supported by the Doctor's Certificate which has not been looked into by the second respondent. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to conduct a fresh enquiry in respect of both cases in C.S.R.Nos.102 and 103 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2013 in the light of the Doctor's Certificate and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
