Prayer: Contempt Petitions are filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 (Central Act 70 of 1971), to punish the respondents for committing contempt of the order of this Court dated 08.07.2019 made in W.P.Nos.7306 and 7329 of 2012.

The present contempt petitions are filed to punish the respondents for having disobeyed the order of this Court dated 08.07.2019 made in W.P.Nos.7306 and 7329 of 2012.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have filed W.A.Nos.298 and 299 of 2020, the Division Bench of this Court by the judgment dated 14.12.2020 granted interim orders and directed the Writ Appeals filed by the respondents to be heard along with other Writ Appeals.

3.In view of the interim orders granted in a batch of Writ Appeals along with W.A.Nos.298 and 299 of 2020 dated 14.12.2020 staying order of this Court dated 08.07.2019, both the Contempt Petitions are closed.
