Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. imposed on the petitioners by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.No.7817 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17369 of 2020, dated 16.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7817 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17369 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7817 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17369 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
