This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.36 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.06.2020, there was no representation for the petitioners and accordingly, the matter is posted. Today also there is no representation for the petitioners either in person or by their respective counsel. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.36 of 2014, the 1st respondent filed charge sheet before the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.2982 of 2015.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudicating the petition and the same is dismissed, accordingly.
