ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the father of detenue namely, D.Manjula, aged about 25 years, has filed this petition seeking a direction to respondents to cause production of the detenue.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2 and learned counsel for de facto complainant.

3. Mr.M.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel for de facto complainant has produced the detenue along with her husband. On enquiry, the detenue informs that she having married one https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kalaiyarasan, S/o.Ezhilarasan, they are residing at Vellore. The detenue further informs that her parents i.e., the petitioner and his wife are problems to the detenue owing to her having entered upon an inter caste marriage. The petitioner as also his wife had been informed the said position. Recording such statement, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
