This Court, vide judgment dated 20.12.2019 passed in C.A.No.874 of 2019, granted bail to the petitioner/appellant on condition to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Seeking relaxation of the said condition, the petitioner/appellant has come up with the present Miscellaneous Petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that though the petitioner/appellant is facing difficulty in appearing before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., he has been regularly complying with the said condition imposed by this Court, till date.

3.The submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant has been conceded by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner/appellant shall appear before the respondent police once in 10 days, for a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This petition is accordingly ordered.
