Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, requiring the 2nd and 3rd respondents to forward further particulars to the 1st respondent herein for taking suitable action to issue final orders by amending G.O.Ms.56 Revenue dated 21.02.2011 including the petitioner's name as beneficiary as serial No.41 in the Annexure there to, the applicant can get all benefits of the G.O. as was done in the case Tmt.Deepa and Tmt.Sangeetha within a reasonable period of time preferably within three months. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Manoharan.

O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to forward the further particulars to the 1st respondent herein for regularization of the purchase made by the petitioner under the Tamil Nadu Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1978.
2. The petitioner said to have filed an application dated 16.05.2015, before the the 1st respondent seeking regularization of his purchase as per G.O.MS.No.565 Revenue [ULC1(2)] Department, dated 26.9.2008. The grievance of the petitioner is that so far no order has been passed on his application. Therefore, he is before this court with this writ petition.
3. Considering the fact that the application submitted by the petitioner is pending with the 1st respondent for a quite long time and the other circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner application of the petitioner and pass suitable orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
