This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 2.It is seen from the records that this petitioner has already filed Anticipatory Bail before this Court and it was reported on the side of the police that the enquiry has already been conducted and the complaint has been closed in C.S.R. No.729 of 2018. Inspite of the same, the petitioner is being called for an enquiry.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry since the enquiry has already been conducted and the same has been closed in C.S.R.
