ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24140 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on every working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in S.C.No.125 of 2022 before the POCSO Court, Cuddalore.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 30.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24140 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the POCSO Court, Cuddalore, on all hearing dates.
