The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to quash the proceedings passed by the first respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.23537/2012/Vu4, dated 28.02.2013 in modifying the order passed by the second respondent herein in proceedings No.Na.Ka.No.3505/12, A03, dated 21.06.2012.
