ORDER
(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN, J) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.
2. The alleged detenue, Malarvizhi is present before this Court along with her father, fourth respondent herein. When she was enquired, she said that she married one Prakash and living with him. She has also produced her marriage certificate, dated 13.07.2015, showing her marriage with the said Prakash and she expressed her willingness to go along with her father, the fourth respondent herein. 3. Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, we find it just and reasonable to close this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is ordered to be closed. No costs.
