ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 05.09.2014 passed by the second respondent, rejecting the application for common service connection, given by the petitioner and to provide separate electricity connection for common purpose usage for the petitioner residential flat at Laxmi Ganesha Apartments, No.69A, Moovendar Nagar, Phase-I, Noombal Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent Board has provided separate service connection for the common use of the apartments and therefore, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. However, he seeks liberty to make objection for the service connection provided to the unauthorised building.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to make objection for the service connection provided to the unauthorised building. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
