(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) We have recorded the memo filed by the learned counsel for the appellant in order dated 01.12.2025. We once again extract the memo, which is as follows:

"It is humbly submitted that already letters were sent by the Mediation Center and through counsel to the Appellant. But both the letters are returned without service. The Appellant has only United States address and unable to contact the Appellant. The above Appeal pertaining to the matrimonial dispute. Hence, reporting "no instructions" for the Appellant in the above Appeal."

2. Though the name and address of the appellant and the respondent had been printed in the cause list today, there is no appearance on either side.

3. Hence, the appeal stands dismissed as non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
