(CRIME NO.5/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in para No. 8 (c) of the order in Crl.M.P.No. 11570 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 19505 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021 that the 1st petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Kodumudi Police station, Erode District and the 2nd petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Ponnamaravathy Police Station, Pudukottai District daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of /S. M.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11570 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19505 of 2021 on 26.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
