This petition is filed to condone the delay of 175 days in filing to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant Kannan in the above C.M.P.No.22427 of in S.A.SR.No.134446 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 164 days in filing to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant Kannan in the above C.M.P.No.22427 of in S.A.SR.No.134446 of 2022 is condoned.
