ORDER

The petitioner-wife has filed the present transfer petition seeking to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2024 filed by the respondent-husband before the Sub Court, Ambur, Tirupattur and transfer the same to Sub Court, Ambattur.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that the respondent-husband has no objection in allowing the transfer petition filed by the petitioner-wife. However, a request was made that the matter may be referred to Mediation to arrive at a settlement.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

4. Taking into account that the respondent has no objection in allowing the transfer petition and also evinced his interest that the matter may be referred to mediation, to which, the petitioner counsel on instruction has also agreed, this Court, without going into the merits of case, has 2/4

allowed the transfer petition. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2024 pending on the file of Sub Court, Ambur, Tirupattur, is withdrawn from its file and transferred to Sub Court, Ambattur. The learned Subordinate Judge, Ambattur shall endeavour that the disputes are mediated through the Mediation Centre. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
