The petition in C.M.P.No.1149 of 2024 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant Kannan in the above C.M.P.No.22427 of 2022. The petition in C.M.P.No.1154 of 2024 is filed to bring the petitioner and respondents 2 to 5 herein on record as legal representative of the deceased sole appellant Kannan as appellants in the above C.M.P.No.22427 of 2022 in S.A.SR.No.134446 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
