ORDER

(The case was heard through video conferencing) The prayer sought in this writ petition is that seeking direction, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the 5th and 6th respondents viz. Inspector of Police and Sub Inspector of Police, M7, Manali New Town Police Station.

2.This Court vide order in Crl.O.P.No.1104 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022 had passed an order, directing the Senior Police Officials to take appropriate action against the Inspector and Sub Inspector of Police if any dereliction of duty. 3.In view of the above, no specific direction / order is required in this case. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed.
