This petition is filed to condone the delay of 684 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. This Court ordered notice to the respondents, vide order dated 19.07.2016.

Mr.R.Thanjan, learned counsel appeared for the first respondent and Mr.M.Devendran, learned counsel appeared for the second respondent and submitted that they have no objection in allowing the petition to condone the delay of 684 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

3. Subject to payment of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) by the petitioner/appellant, to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, within a period of two weeks from today, the delay of 684 days in filing the above petition stands condoned. On such compliance, Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
