PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, pleased to direct the 3rd respondent police namely the All Women Police, Gingee to register a case on the Petitioner's complaint dated 24.12.2021 given before the 3rd respondent police.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conferencing) This petition has been filed seeking direction, to direct the 3rd respondent police namely the All Women Police, Gingee to register a case on the Petitioner's complaint dated 24.12.2021 given before the 3rd respondent police. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner lodged complaint before respondent police. Though C.S.R.No.283 of 2020 issued, no action has been taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on enquiry, they found that it is a matrimonial dispute and advised the parties to approach the Court and closed the C.S.R.No.283 of 2020.

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he was not aware of the closure and no closure report circulated to him.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is hereby directed to circulate the closure report to the petitioner and the petitioner after obtaining the closure report is directed to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 6.This Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
