Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through video conferencing submits that subsequent 1/3

to filing of the present writ petition against the charge memo dated 09.09.2020, the proceedings have culminated into passing of final orders on 20.11.2021 by the 2nd respondent and as such, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for consideration.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. Since, the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared through video conferencing, the usual endorsement made on the bundle is dispensed with. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
