ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court in C.M.P.No.948 of 2016 dated 22.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court feels that it is a fit case to modify the condition and accordingly, the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, in the order made in C.M.P.No.948 of 2016 dated 22.04.2016 is modified to the effect that "The petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders." instead of "The petitioner shall report before the respondent / police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.".
