The present Application has been filed to condone the delay of 23 days in filing the written statement of the 1st Defendant in C.S.No.102 of 2024.

2. M/s.C.Jayachitra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.I.Kowar Nissar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent submitted that they have no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in allowing this application, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
