This petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife of the detenu Nithya, S/o.Subramani, life convict, aged about 44 years, who is now confined in Central Prison, Madurai, directing the first respondent to re-transfer her husband from Central Prison, Madurai to Central Prison-1, Puzhal, Chennai.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents would submit that the authority has passed an order transferring the detenu to Central Prison-1, Puzhal, Chennai from Central Prison, Madurai.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would also affirm the said factum.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
