This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw and transfer the investigation in Crime No.385 of 2013 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent Police to the 3rd respondent or some other agency in the same district.
2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his counsel.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that after completion of the investigation in Crime No.385 of 2013 charge sheet has been filed before the learned Additional District Judge, Villupuram and assigned as S.C.No.188 of 2018 and the case is posted for framing of charge on 06.07.2019.
4.In view of the above nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed.
