ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case against the culprits on the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.09.2013 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. For an occurrence that took place in the year 2011, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.564 of 2011 on a complaint given by one Balasubramaniam and for the same cause of action, the petitioner has given fresh complaint on 12.09.2013, hence, no positive direction can be given to the police to register FIR. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
