This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to produce the vehicle which was seized in the course of investigation in Crime No.168 of 2020, before the concerned Court.

2.Mr.Rajendran, Sub Inspector of Police, was present at the time of hearing. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the vehicle has been produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur on 03.01.2021.
