(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This is a petition to condone the delay of 503 days in filing the writ appeal.

Vide order dated 15.03.2024, this Court condoned the delay on condition that the petitioners pay Rs.500/- as costs to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. It was also stated in the said order that upon production of receipt in proof of payment of costs, this C.M.P. shall stand ordered.

Today, it is represented by Mr. Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader that the petitioners seek a week's time to comply with the aforesaid order.
