PETITION filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act praying to punish the respondents for contempt of Court for having violated deliberately and wantonly the order of this Court dated 06.02.2015 and made in M.P.No.215 in W.P.No.3015 of 2015.

ORDER
Mrs.A.Srijayanthi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced the photograph to
show that the Board which was erected in the property showing that the property is a park has been removed in compliance of the status quo order, though belatedly. 2.It is further submitted that the petitioner has made an incorrect statement that the property is not a park, but it is her own property. From the plan, it is seen that the park is in existence from the year 1984. However, the said contention has to be raised by way of filing a counter affidavit in the writ petition.
3.In the light of the above submission that the Board in question has been removed, this contempt petition stands closed, by directing the petitioner not to put up any construction or board and the status quo should be maintained as such till orders are passed in the writ petition.
