ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.323 of 2014 from the file of 2nd respondent to some other agency, preferably CBCID, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the case was registered in Crime No.327 of 2014 and the same been closed as 'Undetected'. The referred charge sheet in R.C.S.No.59 of 2015 was also served and filed before the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate.
