The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order before the Revenue Divisional Office in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
