Mr. S.N.Parthasarathy learned A Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Further, the learned cousnel submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order dated 14.05.2012 before the Commissioner of Land Reforms by way of revision.

3. In view of the same, the Writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order dated 14.05.2012 before the Revisional Authority, in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
