ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27948 of 2024 by its order dated 08.11.2024 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27948 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
